Wahl 8 Piece Heated Massager Review

As some of you may know, I have probably mentioned a few times that my boyfriend does jiu jitsu. Not professionally, just for fun. With jiu jitsu comes injuries, which he has had plenty of as he continues to practice new moves in order to get better at it. So, I decided that this Wahl 8 Piece Heated Massager on Fascinations would probably be a good idea, especially for him and his aching body after gym. We haven't really tried it out too much since we've been really busy as of late. But, when it arrived, I took it out of the plastic casing that it came in and plugged it in immediately and put it on my calf with the heated plate and turned it on. I didn't really notice too much heat, but it had good vibrations, not enough of course to be affective with the flat plate, but that's why there's 8 pieces that are dedicated to pinpoint certain areas of your body/muscles.

There are 2 speed settings, gentle & deep massage and then there's 3 settings for heat; deep heat, warm and off. Deep heat didn't seem too hot, maybe a luke warm at best, but then again maybe I didn't let it heat up long enough to establish the deep heat. One thing I was worried about is the length of the cord, even though it says 9 feet on the website, sometimes things like that are labeled wrong, but it wasn't. It was definitely long enough to plug in, with extra to spare.

I'm sure once we get back from camping/paintballing, my boyfriend will be using this out more, especially when we get back home.

Booty Parlor Massage Candle in Chocolate

I had never used a massage candle in my life, so I figured what the hell - I'm willing to try anything once and decided to snag this luxurious candle from Fascinations by Booty Parlor.

What first caught my attention was the ergonomic porcelain jar, which featured a unique tapered spout for easy pouring and they added a pink and black ribbon tied in a flattering little bow -- which is removable for when the time comes to play around with it.

I ordered the Spicy Chocolate Cinnamon, but to me it doesn't really smell like chocolate nor cinnamon. A lot of people mentioned snicker-doodle being the most distinctive smell, and I would have to agree. Either way, it smells delicious - but wasn't the chocolate/spice I was hoping for.

One thing I was afraid of is the candle oil being too hot and burning the shit out of my skin, but thankfully they adapted a unique formulation to cause it to melt at body temperature, so it's warm when it touches your skin and not scalding hot! Thank you booty parlor, because I'm a big wuss when it comes to pain.

One person mentioned that they didn't like the candle because the candle wick sparked and crackled because they still had it lit while pouring it. To me it's common knowledge to blow out the candle before pouring, otherwise this will happen to any and all candles. So to give it 3 stars over that is a little silly, maybe even retarded in my opinion.

Overall the massage was nice and it left my skin silky smooth and well lubed with the natural ingredients of vitamin E & A, shea butter, olive and coconut oils, as well as jojoba and soy wax. Like with any oils, they're not going to fully absorb into your body instantly and you may even want to wipe some of it off or take a shower or you'll become your very own lint roller or chewbacca -- if you have pets.

When I'm not using this candle, I'm going to be using it as a decoration downstairs in my wall boxed cubbies, since it's simply adorable enough to display out in the open. Only thing, it has the booty parlor emblem on the outside, so I'll just magically flip it to the opposite side, so our parents won't ask us what the hell booty parlor is.

Now, I want to try their Sandalwood scent. Wished booty parlor was available more widely and sold more of their products on websites, other than their own - because I would buy all of them in a hot minute!

KY Yours & Mine Review

When we started seeing advertisements for the KY Yours & Mine, we just had to try it, so I decided to order it from Fascinations.

One thing I noticed when it arrived, is that it seems to have leaked, but I'm not exactly sure how since the paper was not peeled off the top of the test tube-like application. So, that was odd.

KY Yours & Mine comes in 1.5 fl oz tubes, which should last a while if you don't apply it vigorously. A little bit goes a long ways, especially with the female sensation.

Once we got in the mood to try it, he applied a little bit of the female version to my naughty bits and I immediately noticed that it felt like icy hot. It wasn't a pleasant feeling at all and I almost wanted to rush to the bathroom to wash it off. After foreplay, he then decided to put some of the Yours on his private area and said there was a slight warming sensation and it didn't last long, but when we mixed the two together, I didn't notice anything differently than what mine felt like; Icy Hot - which seemed to last forever when he was fingering me, but quickly went away after having sex for a few minutes. We did use condoms, since I don't use birth control and we don't want a kid right now, so maybe the latex dissolved the lube or something, I'm not sure.

It's kind of weird doing it with a condom on, since you're supposed to feel each others lubrication, but we managed to get it work by putting both of the lubes on him before inserting his penis into the condom, then he rubbed the outside with the YOURS, so that I would be able to feel his sensation, but it failed short as I said above.

Overall, I wasn't happy with this product, but that's just my opinion and shouldn't validate whether or not it would work for you and your partner.

Suicide Girls Beauty Redefined Book Review

I never really knew what a Suicide Girl was until my sister showed me photos of these girls that wanted to be different from the norm on their members only website. Like, piercings, tattoos, colored hair and etc, taking provocative photos.

Since I think all girls are beautiful, I thought I would give this Suicide Girls Beauty Redefined book a try from Fascinations. When it arrived, I was pleasantly surprised at how big it was! It's 11 1/4" all around, so almost a foot - which makes for some awesome photographs.

I opened it up and was immediately awe inspired by these girls beauty. These are not trashy photos in any way and a lot of them are done in a tasteful manner. I expected to see all tattooed and pierced girls, but there were a few girl next door types as well, which was great.

There is no reading in this book, besides their name and location - but do you really need a bio-graph when the photos express themselves already? I think this is a great substitute for those who don't want to pay a monthly membership fee on their website to see photographs, when you can have it with you at all times for your viewing pleasure. This book has 395 pages, so you're not going to run out quickly and it never gets old looking at it again and again.

I was going to give this book as a gift to my sister and her fiance, because they're both into Suicide Girls more than I, but then my boyfriend informed me that he loved this book and SG's and wanted to keep it, so I had to go and buy another copy. It's a great gift for those who love beautiful women with all body types and persona's.

Kama Sutra Oils Bedside Box Review

I'm always down for hands on time, that involves touching each others bodies. It's the key to my vagina. So, that's why I decided to go with the Kama Sutra Oils Bedside Box this time from Fascinations, since you can't ever have enough massage oil. Especially when you bring one with you during travels and accidentally forget to tighten the lid and it pours all out in your purse. I am such an airhead, and will never do that again. Believe me, it took months to get that shit out!

I however was a bit disappointed with the size of the product, since they're trial sizes and won't last a long time for the price that one would pay for this. And I assume all you're paying for is the box, but who can justify that enough for the cost? It never specified the size on the website either, so I guess you're supposed to assume how big it is comparatively to the picture. It's cute and great for storage, but not for $45.00!

It comes with a 1 oz sized tube of Love Liquid - which is a sensual lubricant, a .75 oz bottle of Oil of Love, a tiny tickler wand, a 1.8oz of French Vanilla Creme (which I might add, smells like vanilla yogurt) and a small satin pouch filled with honey dust.

All of the items work and smell great, and would be a great addition if you're just looking for a sampler size of the items, with a cute storage box to boot. But, as I've said before the price is a little steep for the sizes.

Guest Review: Club Vibe from Jenn at South of Sheridan

Club Vibe by OhMiBod review

I’m Jenn, and usually found at my blog, South of Sheridan.  But thanks to Fascinations and the Sleeping in the Wet Spot girls, I recently had the opportunity to review the Club Vibe by OhMiBod. 

The Club Vibe is a small, smooth bullet vibrator with standard vibrating settings and multiple sound functions, allowing for a completely unique experience, depending on what you’re listening to. The small pink vibe works with MP3 players, loud noises and voices, and can also be worn for an extra-good time at a concert. 

At a mere 1 ½” by ¾”, the Club Vibe is surprisingly powerful and quiet, despite being very small. It’s also very smooth and soft to the touch because of the velvet finish. Based on size, texture, and discreteness, I think it’s a great option for toy newbies. 

The Club Vibe comes with a controller, a splitter for hooking up your MP3 player and headphones, a black lacy thong (one size fits most), a black velvet pouch for storing, batteries, and a 1-year warranty from OhMiBod.

There are three vibration settings: Ambient, Manual, and Music. I think the ambient setting is really meant for loud scenarios like concerts and dance clubs, because the controller didn’t pick up any noise unless you put it up to your face and talked directly into it. The manual mode offered a standard set of vibration patterns, which were nice. But, the true star of the show was the music mode. 

For me, music can make-or-break my mood. Being able to incorporate music even more into sex? Yes, please! After going through almost every type of music genre, I personally liked the traditional “mood music” to get things started, but hard rock & metal are fantastic for fast, strong vibrations. But anything with a substantial amount of base works well. 

I really liked the simplicity of the controller. It was easy to see what plugged in where, what button turned it on and off, et cetera. Since it is so small, the Club Vibe works best when “hands-free” or you’ll end up vibrating your fingers more than anything else. However, it’s great when worn or used during penetration or combined with a larger vibrator or dildo. 

The only real downfall of the Club Vibe is the amount of cords you need to for the headphones, MP3 player and controller. Having to plug in so much was sort of a hassle. I didn’t understand the point of including the thong, either. If I want a sexy black thong, I’ll buy it in my size to make sure it fits, and not leave it up to the fate of one-size-fits-all.
